A non-profit organization, the co-op sells high quality, hand-made crafts by the more than 300 Cherokee artisans who are its members. Visitors of the Qualla Arts and Crafts Mutual can purchase baskets, pottery, woodcarving, bead work, jewelry, dolls, blowguns, and many other craft items. High quality is ensured by a selection committee and the approval of the entire co-operative membership.
