Pulsing drums beat and dancers chant, as the sights and sounds of over 200 dancers from gathering Indian Nations captivate crowds every year in Cherokee, NC. This year’s annual Memorial Day Pow Wow stirs the spirit within on May 23-25 as dancers in full regalia gather for this seasonal celebration of customs and traditions. Stand in awe of the masterful movements of champion Indian dancers in competition and exhibition, as more than 200 dancers and 2,000 spectators converge at the Cherokee Indian Fair Grounds.
